Good value - cheaper than other sites for the same product.
Kept us informed of the progress of the order and delivery was well within the time specified.
Unfortunately the wrong rug was sent but a quick phone call was all it took for the right one to come the following day and the wrong one collected.
Apologies were given on the phone.
All in all a good purchase experience - would buy from here again.
