Could not have asked for better service, rug delivered very quickly, kept informed and a staff member rang up personally to advise delivery and as this was being delivered to Cumbria showed concern of Cumbria's well being due of the recent floods thank you.. Rug is lovely, and is a present. I am sure they will be delighted.
