Before I made my order, the website made it quite clear that the item was not in stock and provided details of when it was likely to be in stock. The company kept me informed throughout the process and I received the products sooner than expected. I was very pleased with the rugs which were of good quality and good value for money. In an era when customer service seems to be lacking, Rugstore NE is a little gem. I would highly recommend.
