Very pleased with our purchase! The rug looks even better than it did online and such good value. Very efficient customer service (the first order I placed was unavailable and I was quickly refunded) and swift delivery. One thing I was disappointed in was the underlay as it stated on the website to order the size closest to the rug and it would be cut to fit - which it wasn't. Had I known this I would have ordered the smaller underlay.
