The rug I purchased is excellent value for money and better than I expected.
Delivery was quoted as Wednesday, but using the tracking service , I could see that there was a days delay and the rug was delivered on Thursday as indicated.
The emails that I received kept me informed of the progress of the order, which was appreciated.
