The service was excellent. Order one day deliver the next. I made a mistake on the colour of the first rug and contacted the company by phone. The staff were more than helpful and in this instance the first rug was returned upon delivery of the second. No protracted paper work or refund and re-sale. Other companies should take an example from this super efficient company. I would most certainly recommend them and use them again in the future. Thank you!
