Love love love the rug I bought. Great website and amazing product. Good communication from them when the product I ordered was out of stock. In retrospect, because it was out of stock, I think the payment should've been taken once rug dispatched rather than when I ordered it.
Was expecting underlay in two pieces as the website was clear about this, but thought they might be two bits the same size, but received one large bit and one thinner strip.
Overall a good purchase, good service, and I'm very pleased.
