I ordered the rug over the phone as I wanted to know whether it was in stock. A very helpful and friendly man answered, and after giving him my 2 choices he said he would check the warehouse and ring me back. As promised he did. I ordered paid and and the rug arrived on the day stated. We'll packaged. I was updated the whole time on its progress. Would definite recommend this company.
