I emailed queries through before making an order, and these were responded to promptly, and were very helpful. Communication after the order was clear re delivery date. Delivery was within 5 days and very happy with the rug ordered and price paid. Just need to see how it wears now, but very happy with everything so far and would recommend Rugstore!
