Very good quality rugs, very happy with all of them. Customer service was excellent, I was contacted by phone when one item wasn't in stock and given alternative options. The despatch time was very promp and the rugs arrived packed in heavy duty polythene via a signed for service. Couldn't be happier. Buy with confidence.
