Very good doesn't adequately illustrate the service and quality of the product. I was kept informed, almost every day, about what was happening with my order. When it arrived, much to my surprise a day earlier than I had expected (and because I hadn't checked my emails I hadn't seen the update) I was suitably impressed. The rug is just the ticket, and the backing stops our two Yellow Labradors, Poppy and Magnus, looking a bit like a sad Torville and Dean!! It hoovers up a treat, has not shed and there are no 'pulls'. In fact, I would say it's top notch.
