We bought the large pebble rug from this website and it turned up exactly as promised and was exactly how we perceived it to be. Having then found a slight defect with the rug we contacted the company who agreed to replace it straight away and had a new one shipped off. They even made arrangements to pick up the original rug and arranged the courier. All done with good clear contact and practicality. This is exactly what buying on the Internet should be like. Great customer service, great product. A great company to do business with.
