After being disappointed in the service from an online retailer resulting in cancellation of our order, I happened upon Rugstore NE where I found the same rug.
I contacted them by phone and checked the stock levels. I was called back twice with stock levels info and expected delivery times.
These calls were followed up with e mails keeping me informed of the progress of my order until the rug was delivered today.
