On placing my order I received emails to confirm order had been received almost immediately - then a further one to say order had been dispatched and a time period when it was due to be delivered which actually happened as promised.All this within four days of placing my order - excellent service which is so nice to see these days.The slip mat I purchased gives fantastic grip to the lounge rug - no movement whatsoever.Will use Rugstore again.
