Very pleased with the service from Rug Store - hadn't heard of them before so didn't really know what to expect, but they had rugs I liked at a very reasonable price so decided to give them a go. Their communication was excellent - after placing the order online I received an email quite quickly saying that the items were expected to be in stock within 7-10 days. I was a bit disappointed about the wait but this was followed up by a phone call a day or so later to say that stock had come in earlier than expected and they could arrange for it to be delivered to me the very next day if that was convenient. The rugs then arrived at about 9.30 am the next day - so all in all only took about 4 days from order to delivery which I think is very good. Would definitely use Rug Store again.
