Excellent service. There was a problem with the original item I ordered not being on the shipment but RugStoreNE were quick to inform me both by telephone and by e-mail - giving me details on when they would have the item in stock and giving me suggestions on similar alternative products that I may be interested in if I prefered to take that route rather than wait (they also refunded the money immediately when they realised there was a problem with the order). They got the second order dispatched to me immediately - I received it within 48 hours. A couple of emails had gone back and fourth during this process to amend my order - RugStoreNE were very quick to respond to them - I can not fault the service. Thank you!
