Very personal service. The rug I ordered wasn't in stock so I got a phone call within 5 minutes of placing it with an offer to refund it. Shortly after that, they contacted me again to say they managed to source the rug I wanted and it was delivered to me, perfectly packed, within 5 days! A great combination of online retailer with personal bespoke service!
