I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the whole process was. Being emailed an ETA straight after my order was refreshing and I liked having the ability to track my order online. The rug came the day after I ordered it which was absolutely brilliant. It is great quality too and looks great in my house. I will absolutely be using rugstore again and will be recommending them to others.
