Rugstore NE were very helpful when I 'phoned for information before placing an order. I subsequently ordered a second rug and they agreed to send both together. Throughout the process from initial order to delivery they kept me fully up to date by e-mail or telephone. Rugs arrived on the day promised, despite the fact I live in the Scottish Highlands. I also got a super discount on both rugs. Wayne - many thanks to you. I will be back should I need another rug but I don't expect that will be soon given the quality of the rugs.
