Great selection of rugs, easy to navigate, simple ordering, great delivery performance. One bone of contention - don't trust the colour rendering on the rug images. We were looking for an Afghan rug, and chose one partly based on the colour. The image must have been lit very brightly for the photograph, as the rug was much darker in reality when delivered. We have kept the rug as it fantastic, suits our and changes colour with the light, and as it happens may have been too bright in the expected rendering! However, I consider it almost a trade descriptions issue not to try to accurately represent the colour of the product on the web site - it is simple enough with white balance adjustment.
