I bought a rug from RugStore NE recently and, although the rug itself was lovely, it turned out that it didn't suit my room (it was slightly more yellow than in the photograph). What made me feel so positively about RugStore NE was the really helpful way they dealt with the return. Firstly they accepted without question that I wanted to return it, secondly they kindly agreed to pay for the return, and finally they allowed me to choose the day of the return. When I emailed them, it was clear there was a real person at the other end, interested in doing a good job for their customer. I really appreciated that.
