My experience with Rugstore NE has been excellent from start to finish. I had my eye on a particular rug for ages but was not ready to buy and then it went out of stock. I was kept informed when it came back in stock and they offered to reserve one for me too. Ordering was easy and the delivery was made within two days! Really happy with the rug, there are lots of pictures on the site to help you decide and it looks exactly as described. Perfect!
