I ordered my rug on the tuesday and asked if it was possible for delivery friday the same week,the retailer was really helpful and polite and my order came on the friday.I cannot say how impressed i'am with the quality and look of my rug!it is the speaking point of my living room.I would recommend the rugstore to everyone and i wouldn't buy a rug anywhere else.Very pleased customer.
