It was a pleasure to deal with the RugStore NE and I had good quick service from them, which is unusual for a lot of companies these days. I phoned to order my rug, and the man I spoke to phoned me back when he said he would to confirm they could get the rug in. It was dispatched very quickly, and I was phoned by them to let me know it was on its way. I am really pleased with the rug.
