I didn't receive an order acknowledgment after placing the order.My experience shows that most companies generate an email almost straight away,which prompted me to phone you the following day.My mind was put at rest by Alison who sent me a confirmation that day.Apart from that I was kept informed of the delivery of my order and was very pleased with the price and quality of my rug and so is my wife,it was a gift for her.
