I was advised that my rug was out of stock and when it would be in stock. However the rug arrived earlier than expected and I was advised of this and asked if an earlier delivery date would be ok which of course it was. Very pleasant people to deal with, courteous too. The rug is just as it looks on the internet so overall a very satisfactory outcome and I would recommend this company and would use them again.
