The rugstore were fantastic. I must have phoned about ten times. If they could not answer they promptly rang me back. I kept changing my mind and they were so helpful. I have never experienced such good customer care. The lady took the time to describe the colours to me and we had a good laugh too. It was so nice to speak to people who cared about their business. I would strongly recommend the Rugstore.
