Rugstore provided good communication about dispatch, informing us of a delay on the expected date of delivery. Whilst there was a delay in delivery, which was down to the courier company, Rugstore investigated, offered an apology and provided assistance to resolve this. We were very happy with the rug when we received it. Great quality.
