The rug I ordered was out of stock but I was kept fully informed throughout. It wasn't long before it was ready to be dispatched and even then the service was seamless and perfect. I was given notice to the hour as to when the rug would arrive. I was extremely pleased with the rug when I did receive it. It was exactly the shade of colour I anticipated and the online pictures gave a very accurate idea of the product. Perfect all around service.
