Rug looks just like the photos on the website. The pile is thick and dense. I wanted this to go on a ceramic floor in the family room so I bought the suggested underlay, being rubbery in texture it will be hard to slip around. The colours of the rug being varied will match any paint colour or accessory in the future. Communications and customer service are excellent combined with a speedy delivery by a courier with notified timed slots and choices that they stick to.
