On Saturday 4th October, I ordered rugs from Rugstore. My order was confirmed immediately by Email and I was given a Customer Order Number. On Monday 6th October, I received a very apologetic phone call explaining that with the rugs were not in stock and giving me the option of cancelling my order and getting my money back. (The rugs are Belgian and I did,nt think they would be,so I opted to go ahead) From then on I received almost daily updates on the progress of my order. The rugs arrived on Friday- well worth the slight wait. I was really impressed by the service provided by Rugstore and by their friendly and efficient Staff.
