Had a problem with the colour of the rug I ordered and emailed Rugstore. I must admit that their customer service is nothing short of first class because they replaced the rug without any hassle whatsoever. In this day and age when good customer service is generally ignored, Rugstore are a breath of fresh air. I would have no issue providing a glowing report to anyone interested in buying from them
