I phoned on Saturday to enquire if the mats I liked were in stock. A nice man checked this and told me no but they would be able to get them in and delivered to me on the south coast by Friday. I received a few emails keeping me informed of things and my mats duly arrived on Thursday. Lovely thick woollen rugs, well made too. I am very pleased with my rugs. The service was brilliant. I will definitely use Rugstore again.
