Excellent service, my rug was with me within 4 days. The company sent e-mails advising me exactly where my goods were and when to expect them. No complaints whatsoever. This is the second time I have purchased goods from Rugstore with the same excellent service. The rug looks great, and I certainly will be back n the future.
