the rug is lovely , and as stated on the website. My only gripe would be the parcel delivery firm you use. I took time off work to make sure i would be in for the delivery, stayed in all day, nothing turned up, checked the tracking number to find it saying the delivery man had tried to deliver and had left card! Rung them up and had to rearrange for following day, there was no apology for inconvenience, or that he had left card at wrong address. It was delivered the next day, but the deliverer was a very rude, miserable individual.
