Having bought rugs from other online retailers recently, and been let down, either by quality of the product, or debiting the money from my account and not delivering the actual item, not in stock at the moment! I was a bit dubious, but from the intial ordering to the actual delivery I cannot praise this service highly enough. Excellent, thank you.
