Excellent from start to finish, great communication about when product was in stock, despatched and delivered. I bought the geometry rug and would say the colours are less vivid than on the website but this was a good thing for me. If I had to say one negative, it would be the underlay was not cut to fit the rug.. all in all though 5 stars will definitely buy from again.
