First rug delivered within a few days, this was a couple of weeks before Christmas 2014. The recipient didn't like it and rug store said 'no problem' to changing it. We sent it back got a refund within a couple of days and when another rug was chosen it was sent super fast. Great place, even better if you can go to their shop, there is so much choice and they are more than just rugs. Well run family business. Shop with them.
