I rang to order the rug, the person I spoke to was very helpful, checked stock, confirmed price and made arrangements for it to be delivered the next day.
As I wouldn't be in to receive the delivery, we agreed a place for the delivery to be left.
The rug had arrived by lunchtime the next day and left at the agreed place.
The rug was good quality and did match the picture on the website. I was very impressed by the service and the quality.
