I found the lady at rug store very friendly and helpful, I had been having problems paying with my card over the internet for some reason so I rang for help, she sorted it out for me straight away, she told me she would email me when the rug was going to be delivered which she did, the rug came the following morning packaged really well, I am very happy with the rug and would recommend rug store to other people, thankyou very much
