The parts I ordered took a while to get here due to out of stock issues, however I was contacted and the situation explained. As they were not keeping the car off the road, it didn’t matter. The parts themselves when they arrived were correct as ordered, and a fraction of the price Mercedes were asking. A good experience overall.
