Delivery to Europe can be a bit chaotic, but in the end, everything does arrive safely. This downside is offset by excellent customer service that will go to great lengths to try and resolve any issues if you voice your concerns. Also, be prepared to occasionally incur customs fees. It doesn't happen every time, but it's possible.
