Hopeless.
Ordered one stool - was sent 2. Assembled the stool, it wouldn't assemble properly and wasn't what we wanted so returned both.
Ordered a table also - order was marked as "fulfilled" - this before we had got the table.
The company then lost the bag of screws that we had returned in the box with the stools and refused to give us a refund.
Typical of the incompetence in the country nowadays.
