We stayed there for 2 nights April 2024 and were in the prince of wales suite. No housekeeping to speak of ( no biscuits or tea or towels second day)…barely pulled up the duvet, vacuuming? Chipped paint, rust in the shower, no Kleenex or flowers. For that $$$ I would expect spa toiletries .. huge tub in the room with no soap or bath gel. Very dim lightbulbs, unable to read by them. Super disappointing as the site is wonderful. Could be a spectacular destination hotel!
