Is Rx Pros reliable?

im not great with online stuff but rx pros was easy to use. doctor didnt judge me which i appreciated a lot. shipping was fast, 2 days and the box was still cold. lost 7 pounds in 4 weeks without changing much. feels good to finally see progress.
