I love the products, and the site. However, I rarely order because shipping time is horrendous. I haven’t received an update in over 12 days. I just know the item was shipped. I rarely order due to this and it’s unfortunate. I know I won’t receive my item until at least a month after my order is placed. Pre and post covid pandemic.. Wish I could order more stuff but this is such a deterrent.
