I love everything I receive from Ryderwear! The only issue I’ve ever had was with a pair of track pants that I’d purchased, there was a hole in the back after the first wear. Sara from the customer experience team replied to me promptly after submitting my query over the long weekend and resolved the issue within the same day with a positive outcome and in a friendly and professional manner. Very impressed and appreciate the ease in sorting out the issue.
