I bought the seamless shorts. Material had no compression at all which some may like but it's alright for me. The waist band was loose ..im 5'4 130lbs and athletic build with big thighs. I had to roll the band down and it was still loose so don't go with your usual size. Size down. I'm usually a med in alpahlete, 4 in lulu's, and med in p'tula. They are cute and thin material but I wished it had more compression
