I placed an order for my daughter for Christmas. During the holidays the 60 return policy is extended to 90 days. I needed to return an item that didn’t fit. My exchange was within the 90 days but the system would not allow me to do it. I reached out to the company and they could not fix the issue either. In order to resolve the situation the company did everything they could to make it whole. I was very fortunate to work with customer service rep, Bella, who was very kind. She responded to my emails promptly and wanted to make sure that she was able to totally rectifIed the situation. She went above and beyond anything I could’ve expected! She understood what the issue was and did everything in her power to fix it! I will definitely be ordering more merchandise from them as my daughter loves their products and their customer service is out of this world!!!
