Best service I ever received I don't know what to say. I just received my order and Annie also amended a personalized hand written note to the order. I posted this on my social media and have already received dozens of DM's from my followers as we are all impressed. I just initially wanted a human to write me, you see my first order was canceled because the dmak red was showing available on the site but was no longer in stock by the time the order was to be shipped. I send an email requesting the 11 in blue, but at this point an automated messege informed that the payment was reversed. I didnt receive a reply so i ordered the same size in blue. I had not heard a peep from ryderwear until early jan when i decided to inquire, Same thing, my payment was reversed and no real email,, at this point i assumed the sale was a scam. Annie, turned this around 180 degrees, and i hope she is recognized for this. I received a real email and upon first reading I thought she located the shoe in the warehouse and was going to send it with free shipping. I was happy but not enough to become a repeat customer or promote the brand. I reread the email only to understand she sent them out on the house.. i was astonished.. but today, today was an amazing day . The note really made me feel like a person. The note makes me believe Annie completely cares about the customer and the brands integrity. Thank you Annie, i will share and give many positive reviews.
